Our leading specialty is broadly understood transport analyses, the main purpose of which is consulting in the field of rail infrastructure, rail operations and road traffic. We have extensive experience in conducting spatial analyses using GIS tools, pedestrian traffic analyses, rail traffic microsimulation, rail and road traffic forecasts, multi-criteria analyses, socio-economic analyses, as well as cost-benefit analyses, which allows us to comprehensively support decision-makers at every stage of infrastructure project implementation.

We participated in the development of many key infrastructure projects, such as the Technical-Economic-Environmental Study for high-speed railway lines planned by the Centralny Port Komunikacyjny or in the development of the Technical Study for the construction of the multimodal transfer hub Warsaw-East. We participated in the projects of the largest railway stations in Poland. We were also trusted by representatives of local governments, as well as private investors, whom we helped achieve their goals and optimize the costs incurred for investments.
The stage consists of analyses, research and simulations, is the initial stage of the investment, the cost of which is significantly smaller than the cost of project design and execution. Despite the relatively small amount of work and funds, this stage allows to optimise used solutions and the costs of the project.
