Economic modelling for infrastructure investment most often concerns economic (or financial) profitability over a specified period. In addition to being an important decision-making tool, economic models are often a required element of the project and the basis for obtaining investment financing.
Our team supports projects of various scales, both in the decision-making process and in the preparation of materials that are the basis for obtaining financing. We have experience in determining the economic efficiency of both small infrastructure investments, which the investor covers from their own funds, as well as servicing large linear projects financed with EU funds and national investment programs.
We are up to date with the guidelines for modelling and cost-benefit analyses. We follow EU programmes and CUPT publications. We help to obtain financing.
